1. Sponsor
The sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Goodis, based in New Jersey, USA.

2. Eligibility
This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Goodis, its affiliates, and any of their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Goodis as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Promotion.

4. Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted online starting from October 2st, 2024, and ending at 11:59 PM EST on November 10th, 2024.

5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete sign up for the Goodis newsletter via www.goodis.us.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion. Entries that do not adhere to these steps or are incomplete will be disqualified. Only one entry per person is allowed.

6. Prize
One hundred (100) winners will be randomly selected to receive the opportunity to purchase 2 pounds of Swedish candy for $1 (plus shipping).

The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sponsor’s discretion. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
One hundred (100) winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on or around November 11th, 2024. Winners will be notified via email and/or social media direct message.

Winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their opportunity to purchase. If the winner does not claim the offer within the specified time, another winner may be selected.

Goodis shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture.

8. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Goodis and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Promotion or use/misuse of the prize.

11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Goodis to use their name, likeness, photo, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. Privacy
Personal information collected during this Promotion will only be used in a manner consistent with Goodis’s privacy policy.

13. Disqualification
Goodis reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Terms and Conditions or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner.

14. Sponsor’s Rights
Goodis reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in the event of force majeure or any other causes beyond its control.

15. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
